This doesn't apply to my day or anything ( I had a great day in the hospital; putting on a plaster cast on a child with a broken ankle and helping to stitch up a man's cut hand! Noone insulted me! (..not to my face anyway!)), but I came across this quote and thought it was an important thing to remember.
