It's been about 4 months or so now that I've been signed up to Regnum Christi's daily meditation, and I must share with you all how truely wonderful they are.
Every day they email the Gospel reading with a really really good reflection on it, including a prayer to Jesus and some practical tips.
Seriously, I have found them very helpful. They email them round in the morning (you put in your country of residence) and I usually read them over breakfast. Then if I'm able to go to daily mass that day, because I've already read and meditated on the Gospel, I am more aware of the message and able to understand, and enter in a lot more.
