An absolutely horrendous thing happened to my dear friend Lindsay over at 'Very Sleepy People'; she was was physically and sexually assaulted while walking home from a volunteer's meeting two weeks ago.
She has decided to write about this event in the hope that people might benefit from hearing about the terrible terrible thing that happened to her.

Dear God. That's horrible. Antonia, I hope you're undertaking measures to ensure nothing similar happens to you? Some self-defense martial art training could be a very good idea.
