no way?!!

So a couple of blogs out in blogworld have been writing about how they were nominated for some category in the Catholic Blog Awards.

I'm not really bothered about that kinda thing (sometimes I wish noone read my blog, with the level of drivel I put on here!) so I haven't really been to the catholicblogawards website.

However, I eventually decided to log-in (& avoid learning about vaccinations) ..


and OH.MY.WORD....someone nominated my wee blog for an award?!!!!

I am still in shock!

MY pathetic blog?!! for an award?!!

I couldn't beleive it when I saw my blog name up there!!

Apparently it wasn't Chris who nominated me, so whoever it was...thank you! I am exceptionally touched!



I actually got nominated for "Best Political/Social Commentary Catholic Blog"; and was up against some pretty huge blogs like Jimmy Akin & the Curt Jester!

My blog is totally not worthy of winning any award when compared to some other fantastic blogs out there, but thank fully the voting is already over!

and I got 4 votes (out of 702!).

I know that may not see like much...but 4 people actually clicked on my blog and picked it as potentially worthy of the award!

FOUR WHOLE PEOPLE! That's quite a lot really!
