Antonia, I think you should also include "marriage for the wrong reasons". I think this in part is to blame for why people opt for contraception in the first place. They want everything: a career, free time, and love. But they aren't prepared to put their marriage and children before other secular concerns and, as a result, they seek to delay having children (or not have any at all).
If people aren't prepared to put their marriage before other secular concerns then they shouldn't be getting married in the first place. And if Catholics aren't putting God at the centre of their marriage then they shouldn't be getting married to begin with either!
