Whenever I need one I just look up 'Examination of Conscience' on google, and then just use random ones that have come up, but I was wondering if anyone has one that they find particularly useful that they could recommend to me...
Many thanks,
:)

But I do know that Jonathan has one that he really likes, I can't think of which book it was (one that I havent got obviously lol) I will ask him when he gets better.
BTW thank you so much for praying for him, I will let him know that people are praying when I call him tonight.
Bless ya!
lots of love xxx
Antonia,
Since I am feeling better, I will respond, lol. There is a wonderful examination of conscience called "A Contemporary Adult Guide to Conscience for the Sacrament of Confession" by Fr. Richard J. Rego. Don't let "contemporary" scare you off, its beauty is in its reliance on St. Thomas Aquinas. Sadly, this book isn't widely available (at least in the USA), but you may be able to find a copy somewhere.
The New St. Joseph People's Prayer Book contains a great examination of conscience (as well as being, in my opinion, the best and most comprehensive Catholic prayer book available). Another great book on confession, but not an examination, is "Pardon and Peace: A Sinner's Guide to Confession" by Fr. Francis Randolph. I researched confession a lot because I was a bit scared by it. My thoughts and experience on confession can be found at:

I was about to share Jonathan's link that he gave to me once before.
It's a great one and always helps me out.
Thanks Jonathan!
Carmel, Jonathan & Jess...THANK YOU!!!
