So I have this amazing photo....

While we were at the Papal Audience in Rome, Chris & I met another young newly-wed Catholic couple from America. We exchanged email addresses with them in order to swop any nice photos of the Pope we may have of each other.

So the other day they sent us a picture they took..

It's a picture of ME HOLDING HANDS WITH THE POPE!!!

yes, that's right! ME chit-chatting to BXVI!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaarghh!!

Chris's hand is resting on my shoulder & you can see the glint of his wedding ring!

Unfortunatly blogger is being silly again and wont upload the photo for me...so it'll have to wait!

poo!

In other news, I still don't have the internet set up at my new house yet. Hopefully it'll be set up sometime this week though.

Also, I start back at University tomorrow. Waaaaa! My 3 weeks of holiday are over for another year!! Next holiday is on December 23rd!

I will be doing psychiatry for the next 6 weeks, which sounds like it's gonna be quite interesting and different!

Also, do any of my readers go to Opus Dei circles?
Just out of curiosity....

Nope. I've been invited but my life is crazy busy as it is.

I do have an appreciation for the spirituality of Opus Dei though...probably largely influenced by the fact that the pastor of the parish I grew up in is a member of Opus Dei (although he doesn't advertise this fact, it does come through in his homilies and the frequent quotes of St. Jose Maria Escriva).

Congrats to the old married lady! :-)

I remember signing my name at the bank shortly after I got married nad the teller asked me - DId you just get married recently and i siad yes - how did you know - she said well newly married women often have to stop to think how to spell thier last name!

My husband used to attend Opus Dei reguarly and is trying to get back into the habit but we are now about 90 miles from the closest one. It is well worth the effort though as I remember how the spiritual effects of his attending would tricle down through the whole family.

Congrats agian and God Bless
